Coming from a property family, James has had over 7 years of experience in commercial & industrial sales and leasing in the southern & south western suburbs of Sydney.
Having completed his Bachelor of Property Economics at the University of Technology Sydney in addition to his Real Estate Licence, James has achieved a lot in his time in commercial & industrial sales & leasing. His point of difference is that he takes a very analytical & valuation approach to negotiation which has enabled him to close several large scale deals and helped him secure several premier appointments with corporate clients such as Abacus Property Group, Centuria, Cerno, Goodman Group and many others.
James is a strong believer that a ‘property well listed is a property half sold’ and puts ample time & effort into the listing process and keeps his clients regularly updated with clear, no-nonsense feedback and solutions on how to get their property sold or leased for the best possible result. James knows his market inside out and during negotiation he is very creative with his deals leaving no stone unturned.
Outside of work James loves all sports, particularly cricket having previously competed in the Sydney Grade Competition representing the St George District Cricket Club. He has also swum at State Level and is currently participating in many social sporting competitions with friends.
